In her debut therapeutic project, LaTonya shares her personal experience on how she used abstinence to recover from toxic relationships while going through self discovery and emotional healing. She shares advice and tips that she believes can help single women live a life satisfied without sex.

Her sophomore project is a guided prayer journal encouraging you though prayer for the desires of your heart.

In a colorful easy to read children’s book, A Day Of Play, was created with Tonya’s concept and collaboration with her two sister who are also authors.
